Auditor general blasts Liberals for waste

Ontario’s auditor general says the Liberal government is doing a poor job of overseeing contractors for road maintenance and public transit projects, spending millions of dollars to repair their shoddy work, including part of one bridge that was installed upside down.

Former priest charged in sex case

A former Ottawa priest has been charged in connection with what police allege is a historical sexual assault. William Barry McGrory, 82, of Toronto is charged with two counts of indecent assault on a male and two counts of gross indecency, as per Criminal Code charges existing at the time of the offences.
