The dinner and euchre evening hosted by the Ladies Auxiliary last Saturday night was a huge success.
Approximately 60 guests enjoyed home-made chicken pot pie and all the trimmings, including an assortment of tasty pies.
Janet Watts was the lucky winner of the 50/50 draw and others took home some great door prizes.
Congratulations to all the ladies who hosted the event and thank you to everyone who attended.
Stay tuned for the next night out!

It is with great sadness the Ladies Auxiliary lost one of their members recently.
Florence McDonald had been a member since 1958 and was always very reliable and dedicated. "Flo" will always be remembered and never forgotten.

On Sunday afternoon, the Blue Fire Band entertained the crowd with their selection of songs -- everything from Neil Young to the Eagles. Ted, Bob and Dave sang a really "brave" song -- Things You Don't Say To Your Wife. I have to say, sung to the wrong women, they would be packed up and On The Road Again, just like the great old Willie Nelson song. It was a great afternoon. Thanks to everyone who came out and, hopefully, we will see The Three Amigos again soon. You guys are awesome.

After the parade in Port Hope, they're off to Campbellford and then on to Norwood.
Wow! You folks are busy. Have fun!
